The things people ask

Do you set the tools up for me?
Not as part of the audit. The $999 buys the diagnosis and the prescription — the report tells you exactly what to use and how to start, and most of it you can do yourself in minutes. If you'd rather we set things up for you, that's separate work we'll quote once we both know what's actually needed. It's never a condition.
What does the software itself cost?
That depends on what you need, but we deliberately favour inexpensive, off-the-shelf tools — typically a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month each. The report lists the real price next to every recommendation so there are no surprises.
Is this all just AI chatbots?
No. A good share of what we recommend isn't AI at all — it's ordinary software that solves your problem and that you simply hadn't come across. We recommend whatever actually works, not whatever is fashionable.
Will this replace my staff?
That's not what it's for. The point is to remove the repetitive admin nobody enjoys — the chasing, the retyping, the copy-paste — so the people you have can spend their time on customers instead of paperwork.
What if I could just work this out myself?
You genuinely could — none of these tools are secret. You'd spend a good few weekends testing things that don't fit. You're paying to skip the research and the dead ends, and to get an answer shaped around your business rather than a generic listicle.
How do I actually claim the refund?
